Sugar Cookies...without the sugar, gluten or butter

Ingredients
  • 1 cup quinoa flour
  • 1 cup plantain flour
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
Instructions
  1. mix all dry ingredients
  2. in a separate bowl, combine liquid ingredients
  3. add wet to dry, and mix well until a dough forms
  4. roll out between two pieces of parchment paper and cut into shapes
  5. place in freezer for 25 minutes
  6. bake at 315 for 18 minutes
